We repeat what we don’t repair. Often we find ourselves facing the same challenges over again. Perhaps our once helpful solutions have turned into damaging patterns. I want to help you understand what nourishes these unhealthy relationships with ourselves and with others. In doing so, you will develop the awareness to overcome these destructive cycles.
As a licensed clinical social worker, my intention is to empower you to cultivate tools to navigate your inner and outer worlds. I provide an environment of active listening, positive regard, and empathic authenticity. Together, we will explore conscious and unconscious patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. My goal is to assist you in gaining insight and practicing skills to foster change and growth and rediscover well-being.
